Actress and comedienne, Whitney Cummings unknowingly created a new meme format this week.

Twitter absolutely roasted Cummings after she stated that 'Comedians did not sign up to be your hero' and for people to 'Stay focused on the people we pay taxes to to be moral leaders.'

People clearly got the subtle nod of support for comedian, Joe Rogan. And the reactions were anything but friendly. People began pointing out the racist undertones that came out of '2 Broke Girls', a show that Cummings created. Others stating that maybe a comedian's job is to...I dunno...be funny.

All of this eventually led to a meme, because that's what the internet does. People began tweeting 'A comedian's job is...' fill in the blank. Most of them ridiculing the hypocrisy of Cummings. Enjoy the newest meme format of 2022.
